I founded Modern House Fabrics in 2025 to provide easy access to modern fabrics designs.  In my own search for fabrics that fit my style, I realized how hard it can be to find amazing options in one place.  I was having to search through hundreds of outdated fabrics to find fabrics and prints I would want in my own home.   I decided to take my passion for uncovering quality fabrics and styles to bring you the best selections for your next modern day project.  

Modern House Fabrics and family owned and operated out of Suwanee, GA.  I am committed to great communication, customer service and quick turnaround times.  

As our company grows, I would love to hear suggestions or input from my customers.  We are starting off small, but will be adding new fabrics and expanding to other crafting needs soon!! If there are particular bands you would like to see me offer....Let me know!  I am really excited about this journey!
